TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The Terms of Service are effective June 1, 2016 and previous agreements with payPPay will be void as of this date. PayPPay can change the current prices and pricing structure at any time with three months' notice.
PayPPay registration allows the customer's online store to accept payments made over the Internet. PayPPay is approved for eligible receivers using approved software, and transfers between payPPay and acquiring banks are encrypted.
Operation and Running Time
PayPPay strives to make online payments 24 hours a year, throughout the year, and maintains the highest security standards. PayPPay must always be PCI certified.
payPPay is not responsible for any errors, but will try to fix them as soon as possible.
In the event of maintenance / technical changes, payPPay may suspend the service for a shorter period.
Custom retailers are responsible for the software in online stores, ensuring that payments are made via payPPay. PayPPay is not responsible for any modules that are available for free.
Each retailer is responsible for ensuring that payment orders comply with applicable law, including rules and guidelines set forth in payment card legislation, registration requirements, and consumer protection.
Individual retailers must agree with the acquirers on the use of payment card systems, and payPPay is not responsible for the purchasers. The buyer agreements between the retailer and the purchaser are solely those between the two parties. PayPPay is not a party to the acquisition agreements.
The retailer must comply with the rules and guidelines set by payPPay and must report any malfunctions, including any system that may be suspected of being compromised by a third party.
payPPay will not be liable for any loss incurred by the user if other users have access to the user's password, login details, etc., or if customers request reimbursement for payments made over the Internet, regardless of the cardholder / user excuses.
A retailer cannot claim payPPay, regardless of the case, due to the termination of the order.
payPPay is entitled to assign its obligations under the General Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
payPPay is the legal owner of all software used by payPPay for transfers under these Terms and Conditions. Both parties are required to maintain absolute confidentiality with regard to other and / or third party information that they may become aware of.
The customer has only a limited, non-exclusive right to use payPPay.
Your right to use the code and other materials you specify may be affected by the timely payment of amounts due to payPPay.
Breach of these terms constitutes a material breach of the Agreement.
PayPPay has the right to use the customer's trade name as a reference, including in marketing material, during the term of the contract. The customer may provide such payPPay instructions. If the customer explicitly objects to using the details as a reference, payPPay is bound to comply with the customer's wishes.
Start and Terminate a Contract
The agreement between payPPay and the customer will be effective immediately upon payment and will remain active until terminated by either party.
The contract may be terminated by either party at the end of each month. Therefore, it is fixed for up to 1 month.
In the event of a serious breach, either party may terminate the agreement.
In the event of a breach of these Terms and Conditions, in particular any applicable laws or government regulations, payPPay is entitled to terminate the retail relationship with immediate effect.
Automatic subscription renewal
Unless the customer terminates the contract with payPPay or terminates the contract in any other way, a new subscription period will begin at the end of the current subscription period.
In case of dispute
In the event of a dispute between payPPay and the retailer, it was agreed that Danish law would apply and all cases should be submitted to the Maritime and Commercial Court in Copenhagen.
Privacy of Required Documents
The documents you submit are used to verify your identity and your business / company or address. PayPPay declares that the data will not be used for any other purpose.
